Have fun making an Altered Book with old and new friends. All skill levels welcome.
The retreat will be held at Camp Duffield about 1 hour south of Buffalo.
Fee includes meals and room, must supply own linens. (2 days, $75, 1 day, $40)

Cattaraugus County Arts Council 5×7 Art Sale Fundraiser
Below is a call for art work….think about it…could be fun…Anyone “artsy” can participate easily!!!!
jewelry, knit items, quilted pieces etc…..I asked!…..they can be mounted on a 5×7 cork board and included in the sale also!!!
Call for artists! CCAC is asking artists to donate 5×7 (or 7×5) works in any media that is hangable…think paintings, drawings, tiles, sculpture, fabric, mixed media, etc. Deadline November 2. All the artwork will be sold from CCAC’s gallery wall at 100 West Main in Allegany for an event opening on November 17, 6-9pm. Value and name recognition are hidden on all artwork, and all work will be displayed anonymously. Artists may identify themselves on the back of each piece and names will be used in marketing for the event.
Supplies: 1 yard Nylon Net cut into 2 inch strips (6 strips per scrubbie, 1 yard of nylon net makes 3 scrubbies) (To cut nylon roll into a sausage and hold together with rubber bands. Use yard stick to guide cuts every 2 inches.)

ROW 2: SC IN CH 3 TWICE, SC IN CH 2 TWICE, SC IN CH 1 FOUR TIMES. JOIN CIRCLE WITH SLIP ST.
